- All furniture and interior items are subject to availability.
- Prices are in USD (or INR), and may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to remove or correct mistaken pricing.
3. Ordering & Payment
- Orders are accepted once payment clears.
- We accept major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
- We may require government-issued ID for large orders.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping terms outlined separately (see Shipping Policy).
- Delivery estimates are approximate; delays may occur.
- Risk and title pass to buyer upon delivery acceptance.
5. Returns & Cancellations
- Cancellations accepted per our Cancellation Policy below.
- Returns only accepted for damaged or defective items.
- Return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
6. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Subject to the laws of India (Kerala). Disputes resolved via arbitration in Kochi, India.
